Welcome to the home of BullyProof Canada:
BullyProof Canada is an anti-bullying program. It has been specifically developed to teach others how to effectively communicate, both internal and external. The objective of the program is to help people either regain the self-confidence once lost as a result of bullying, or to teach the skills to prevent it from becoming an issue to begin with.
The program has a realistic approach to conflict resolution. It teaches others how to understand the dynamics of bullying. It also helps them to understand why people do what they do. Most importantly it teaches the skills of understanding how our own communication plays a pivotal role in the outcome of conflict.
